VISIT

The duration of your stay in the exhibition is unlimited during opening hours. We recommend planning approximately 1.5 hours for your visit. The duration depends on how long you spend viewing each artwork and whether you wish to read all available information. Using the multimedia guide typically extends the time spent in the exhibition. Re-entry after leaving the exhibition is not possible.

ACCESSIBILITY

The exhibition is accessible to all. Access for wheelchair users is provided with the assistance of our on-site staff. Please approach our team at the ticket counter for assistance. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Photography and filming are permitted.

GUIDED TOURS

There is a comprehensive and informative multimedia tour available on-site, which can be easily accessed via QR code using your smartphone. This multimedia tour is free of charge.

CARD PAYMENT

At the ticket counter and in the exhibition shop, payments can be made in cash or by card, including debit cards as well as major credit cards.

STROLLERS

Strollers are allowed in the exhibition, provided that space allows. On days with very high visitor traffic, it may be necessary to store strollers in the foyer area.

LOCKERS

Lockers are available in the entrance area of the exhibition and can be used for a fee. There is no cloakroom available.

SOUVENIRS

Our shop offers a variety of souvenirs for Banksy fans to purchase.

PETS

It is not permitted to bring dogs or other animals into the exhibition, unless prior arrangements have been made. This exception applies exclusively to guide dogs or assistance animals.
